Social Media Netiquette
We're so glad you're part of the MATCHA ROUTINE community on our social media profiles. To keep our interactions respectful and positive, we've set up some guidelines. These rules, known as netiquette, combine "net" (network, internet) and "etiquette" (rules of conduct).
At MATCHA ROUTINE, fairness, open-mindedness, tolerance, and respectful treatment of people and animals are core to our identity. We encourage constructive feedback, lively debates, and suggestions for improvement, as they help us grow and learn together. However, we do not tolerate incitement, bullying, or flaming. We kindly ask you to engage with the community respectfully, even when sharing critical comments.
If the guidelines listed below are not followed, we may need to remove your comment or post. We aim to maintain a positive space and may remove posts – such as comments, photos, and videos – if they:
- Contain threats, insults, personal hostility, or any kind of disqualification.
- Are racist, offensive, abusive, or misleading in any way.
- Contain advertising for personal interests or third-party interests (e.g., political propaganda).
- Include external links that contradict our netiquette.
- Display spam characteristics (e.g., text with only special characters, repeated postings).
- Are objectionable, pornographic, sexist, or obscene.
- Are threatening, encourage violence, or are discriminatory towards people and animals.
- Contain illegal content or disregard the rights of others (including copyrights and personal rights).
- Negatively impact our social media presence or include harmful malware.
- Assert obvious untruths.
- Contain true statements that violate personal privacy (data protection violation).
- Show no clear connection to the respective topic.
In the case of repeated or extreme offenses, we need to block you from our channels. Please treat others as you would like to be treated.
Social media is public, so for your protection, we recommend not sharing personal data. If we notice sensitive content containing personal data, we may delete it to protect your privacy.
Thank you for being a part of our community and for respecting our guidelines!
